On This Day We Sink Into a Hug

Welcome to day 3 of the Add Joy Challenge. I'm your host, Rena Joy!
What does joy mean to me? How do I add joy to my life?
Joy to me is feeling safe and connected. I do this by wrapping my daughter, or my husband in a hug. Or snuggling up with my bulldog Queenie. Hugs can boost your mood, help you to relax, and release stress. Some studies have suggested hugs can even improve your immune system.
Today’s Add Joy challenge
I want you to sink into a hug. Really sink into it. Spend at least twenty seconds hugging another human, pet, or pillow.
