On This Day We Scream and Shout

Welcome to day 5 of the AddJoy challenge.

 

We are halfway done. How are you feeling? Today, you might feel a little silly, but stay with me. I want you to scream. Screaming is a way to release stress from your body and allow it to return to a calm state. In that state we can start to feel joy again.

Today's Add Joy Challenge

Yes, I want you to scream. You read that right. Go outside, use your car or bathroom. Go somewhere where you’re not going to terrify your pets, or neighbours or kids. Heck, get your kids and neighbours involved. We could all use a good, collective scream.


I want you to scream. Really scream. Don't worry about the volume. It’s probably going to feel unnatural and you may even hold back. Let your scream rip.
